Adequate Education

Management
Blush Model and Talent executives will ensure the successful management of models and staff hired through our agency up until the day of the event. If an incident occurs in which a hired model or staff member is unable to attend an event, a suitable replacement will be contracted. If no replacement is available, clients are always reimbursed.
Payment
All models and staff are independent contractors and will be paid based on the amount agreed upon in their contract. Our agency manages all necessary forms and tax information.
